Stacie has been a full time Realtor specializing in Seattle in-city neighborhoods since 1997. When Stacie started her career, the Seattle market was very competitive for buyers. Many homes for sale had multiple buyers bidding on the same home. Although the market could be stressful for buyers, Stacie created guidelines that allowed her to give amazing customer service. Even though the market has cooled some since 2007, Stacie still follows these guidelines.
- Stacie does not work with more than four buyers at any one time.
- Stacie does not work with competitive buyers (buyers looking for a similar home in the same location in the same price point).
- Stacie previews every home before she shows it to buyers- saving them valuable time.
Stacie has had the privilege of working with many repeat clients searching for their second and even third home. Stacie has also earned the referrals of many of her clients. Stacie now works with sellers as often as buyers but still has a special attachment to helping people find their dream home.
